  • ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES
    • Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
    • The owner reserves the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in their opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
  • SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED – (IT IS A RESORT POLICY)
  • NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO
    • Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
  • The Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose.
  • Tenant agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
  • No use of the Premises that increases the insurance rate or causes policy cancellation.

Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee.
  • All cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET). Online cancellations are not accepted.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance, all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client.
  • The company is not liable for loss or delay due to fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical or weather problems with transport, adverse weather, or other events beyond their control.

Fees and Payments

  • $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for any damages after your stay.
  • Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
  • Reservations do not include: expenses and items not mentioned, including transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, and other items of a personal nature.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is included for each unit; a parking pass is required for access.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Bed linens and towels are provided (not exchangeable).
  • Laundry facilities are available on designated floors; bring extra washing powder if needed.
  • Some specialty kitchen items (like wok, rice steamer, or crockpot) are not provided; guests may bring their own.
  • The complex has a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool; the indoor pool is open year-round and includes a shallow section.
  • Free WiFi, cable TV, and local phone service are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Clients using the swimming pool or other facilities do so at their own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to client’s property is their own responsibility.

  • Tenant assumes all risk of damage to personal property (of both Landlord and Tenant), including household furniture and goods, during use and occupancy.
  • Tenant assumes all associated risks and agrees to hold Landlord harmless and indemnified.
  • Guests receive one free admission per day of stay to select local attractions, provided by Xplorie. No timeshare presentations or purchases required. One ticket choice per day of stay. Total activities package value as provided by operator.
